Dr. Dar is board-certified in Anesthesiology and believes, above all, in providing compassionate health care to his patients. Dr. Dar specializes in comprehensive care for chronic pain, neuromodulation, and targeted drug delivery.
Dr. Dar was born and raised in Lahore, Pakistan, and moved to the USA in 2006. During his tenure at the Long School of Medicine of UT Health San Antonio, Dr. Dar was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society for academic excellence, Gold Humanism Honor Society for compassionate patient care, and involved in international medical mission trips in medical school.
He completed an internship in general surgery followed by a residency in Anesthesiology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX, where he earned board certification in Anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA).
After residency, Dr. Dar furthered his expertise by completing an interventional chronic pain fellowship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, under Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA.
When he’s not working to provide the best service to his patients, Dr. Dar enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.

Dr. Cristin John Mathew is an Orthopedic Hip and Knee Surgeon at All American Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Institute in Houston, Texas.
Dr. Mathew went to medical school at the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine on the Virginia Tech Campus in Blacksburg Virginia. As a student he began to foster his interest in sports medicine through his involvement with Virginia Tech Athletics. While he was also a student, he served his classmates and the national student body as Class President and 2nd Vice Chair of the Council of Osteopathic Student Government Presidents.
After his obtaining his doctorate, he went on to complete an Orthopedic Residency at Northwell Health in New York. While a resident, he served his residency as a Chief Resident and participated in several research projects and publications. While at Northwell he had the privilege to train under several physicians that are pioneers in the field of Orthopedics. His accomplishments during residency paved the way for him to enter a prestigious fellowship at Houston Methodist Hospital.
As a fellow, Dr. Mathew was a member of the medical staff for the 2017 World Series Champions Houston Astros. He also works with the Houston Texans, Rockets, Dynamo, and Sabercats. He continues to serve several local teams and schools and maintains his presence within the Houston rugby community.
Dr. Mathew distinguishes himself in the Houston community through his arthroscopic joint preservation procedures and minimally invasive muscle sparing robotically assisted hip and knee replacement surgeries. He believes that preservation and repairs are ideal however in instances of joint replacements; muscle sparing robotically assisted procedures reduce trauma, decrease pain, improve motion and longevity of the joint replacement. All these factors drastically create a more natural feel and improve the recovery process with more function and less pain.
